Spiritual mentoring

In these one on one session I will go through all the different aspects of spirituality and how best it can help you and your life..through spiritual mentorship I myself have healed from past pain..removed old subconscious blocks and overcome fears from childhood!.. In my sessions you will be safe to open up and talk personally and confidentially to me about all aspects you might be feeling a little lost in in your life right now so we can then come up with a personalised plan, tailor made to fit your specific needs. Areas will include meditations and different ways to heal your self using them..daily affirmations to start training your brain to switch from the negative to the positive ,self love and why it’s so important to learn to love yourself again.. And set you up on your own journey to enlightenment to discover who you truely are..these sessions will be took in person if possible but if not via FaceTime with weekly tasks and a bucket list for you to conquer with me too..🖤
